Section 57
Confidentiality
: (1) Without the prior approval of the Fund, the Chairman, Member, Chief Executive Officer or any employee or contracted person shall not do the following:-
(a) the collection or publication of data and information relating to its operations, and
(b) To use or cause such data and information to be used for personal gain (2) Regardless of what is written in sub-section (1), it shall not be considered as a breach of confidentiality when the details requested by the authorized body are provided for the purpose of investigation in accordance with the prevailing law.
